- Commercial properties with short/medium term income and development potential – or vacant possession.
- Central and Greater London.
- Lot size £1m to £15m.
- Properties with potential to convert to alternative use without planning consent.
- Properties with surplus land (e.g. car parks) on which to develop/expand.
- Ground floor commercial premises of residential developments vacant or let.
- B1 office use £5m+
