  • Central and Greater London.
  • Lot size £1m to £15m.
  • Properties with potential to convert to alternative use without planning consent.
  • Properties with surplus land (e.g. car parks) on which to develop/expand.
  • Ground floor commercial premises of residential developments vacant or let.
  • B1 office use £5m+
